Who i am

I’m Claire Norman, a British racing driver based in the Cotswolds.

Motorsport runs through my veins, passed down from my dad, Charles. Growing up, I watched him race successfully throughout the 1980s in one-make saloon car championships. This has clearly fuelled my years of dedication, learning, and competition since.

My path wasn’t the classic “karting to pro” path, but I found my way into racing in my 20s, swapping my passion for four-legged horsepower (and a degree in Equine Science) for horsepower on the track.  I entered scholarships, bought a car and gained experience where I could, learning from every event and interaction I had with more experienced drivers and teams.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve competed across the UK and Europe, and whether I’m behind the wheel or working on something off track, I bring a huge amount of enthusiasm and a genuine passion for connecting with likeminded people who share the same drive.
